At 7X, we’re driven by a passion to create an exceptional culinary treasure. Our beef comes from a pure Japanese bloodline — never crossbred — that is known for its exceptional taste and a genetic tendency to create fine flecks of marbled fat throughout each and every cut. We’re excited by the delicious result, and we’re sure you will be, too.
