Paul Gagnon recently relocated from Rhode Island, where he ran his own real estate business.
Paul’s expertise ranges from helping managing large numbers of staff people with the New England Patriots to being a small business owner.
Manager Guest Services
Michelle joins Nauticus Marina with 20 years wedding industry experience, having worked as a wedding photographer for nearly 20 years. Starting in upstate New York, she returned to her hometown of Dennis on Cape Cod mid 2011.
She earned her BA of art at Hartwick College and graduated in 2002. Now a mom of 2 amazing kids, Michelle spends her days helping clients build their team for their amazing wedding and dreaming of the perfect beach day.
Grounds Manager
Hayden has been a big part of the Renegade Managament Inc. family for nearly 10 years in one way or another. As of 2022, it was made official in a management capacity.
A graduate of Endicott College, Hayden studied Sports Management and minored in Business Management.
Marina Manager
Alex is a Cape Cod native, born and raised.
After graduating Massachusetts Maritime Academy, in Marine Transportation, Alex sailed as third mate on Coastwise Merchant Vessels.
As of November 2022, he joined Renegade Management Inc, as Marina Manager.
If you’re unable to find Alex, at Nauticus during the summer months, you’ll most likely find him on his own boat in Buzzards Bay with Family and friends.
